The love story between Lorenzo Méndez and Chiquis Rivera continues without coming to an end, when it became known that nobody from the singer’s environment appeared before the court this Friday to complete the divorce process, as agreed, so the ex-partner will have to wait a few more weeks to now be officially single.
According to our reporter Mandy Fridmann, the conclusion of their marriage could take place in a period between six and eight weeks, so for her birthday Chiquis would already be free of this earring.
During their failed marriage, which for legal purposes has lasted almost three years, Chiquis and Lorenzo lived in a very beautiful Spanish-style mansion in the Sylmar neighborhood, to some 90 minutes from Los Angeles.
This property, that was acquired by the daughter of the great Jenni Rivera, in 2018, after disbursing $650,000 dollars, witnessed their best, but also their worst moments as a couple.
According to the technical sheet, given to know through various means specialized in the sale of real estate, the house, which was built in 2010 and is distributed over two floors, has 3,507 square feet of extension, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
It is completed by a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, TV room, bar, among other rooms.
Outside, in your batch of 0.50 acres, has green areas, a resort-style pool, a bonfire, a basketball court, among other amenities.
The house belonged to Chiquis until October 4, 2021, the day on which the sold it for $1,609,000 of dollars, c on which a great victory was scored.

Chiquis’s new house
After the sale of her first property, Chiquis acquired another one in Indian Springs, also in California, for which disbursed $3,122,000 of dollars.
That house, acquired on 20 November 2021, made headlines at the beginning of the year after it was revealed that, presumably, Lorenzo Méndez joked that it also belonged to him, since it was still her husband.
