WhatsApp is currently testing, in its beta version, a new function that will allow users to carry out surveys through the group chats of the application. At the moment it is only available for users who have the developer version of the instant messaging app.
The news of the new function It comes thanks to the WaBetaInfo portal, which is widely known for filtering the latest WhatsApp releases. According to the portal the new feature is available in the beta version for iOS, version 04.0.0.48.
Because this is a feature that is still in development, there is no expected date for it to reach the general public, if at all. This is because on some occasions the new functions do not pass the testing phase and therefore are not incorporated into the final app used by users.
How do the surveys work?
Everything seems to indicate, according to the information published by WaBetaInfo, that users will be able to create the questions of the surveys as well as the possible answer options, which will allow these be fully customizable.
