A young woman was crushed to death after “something went wrong” while operating a mixing machine at a bread factory.

The strange accident took place Saturday afternoon at the Automatic Rolls factory in Clayton, North Carolina.

The authorities said that Bibiana Arellano Delabra, of 22 years old, I was operating a large industrial mixing machine when “something went wrong”

and crushed it.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) investigators are investigating the incident.

Automatic Rolls is part of the Northeast Foods corporation, one of the largest providers of buns, rolls and bread products in the United States.

The company said it will work with OSHA during the investigation.

“We are devastated by the accident that occurred this weekend that resulted in the tragic loss of one of our employees,” the company said.

“We remain committed to working with OSHA and all relevant parties to conduct a thorough and complete investigation of this unthinkable tragedy.”

On Monday, Delabra’s family told ABC11 that her parents were seeking legal advice. and declined to comment further. Northeast Foods is currently closed as the investigation into Delabra’s death continues.
