José Eduardo Derbez has told an anecdote about when a fan found him in Acapulco and was disappointed because she did not see him drunk, in an interview with the youtuber Pedro Pietro. “A lady tells me ‘can I take a picture… Ah, you’re sober, right? Aren’t you high?'” he recounted.
He expressed that the lady’s attitude disturbed him and asked her why she said that “It’s just that I always thought that if I ever found you, I was going to see you fart, drunk, vomiting, drowned , because that’s how you are, ”said the fanatic.
Derbez replied to the lady that “I’m not drinking, lady; not right now” and that “the woman is disappointed not to see me fart. And I: ‘I promise you that I’ll be waiting for you next time and I’ll be drunk, let’s see when you arrive’” .
The son of Eugenio Derbez said that at the end of this meeting he “died laughing” but he was offended”. José Eduardo Derbez commented that when he arrived at his house he said to his girlfriend: “Give me a tequila, I’m going to drink up to my finger, I’m already offended; this lady finds me again and she is going to find me drowned”.
