Grupo Firme debuted at the famous Coachella Festival 2022, one of the most important music festivals in the United States, in which thousands of attendees sang verses like those of songs like “I’m over me because I already forgot you, I’m so happy without you”.
After two years in which it could not be carried out due to the pandemic this great event, Coachella had an impressive start as it was one of the most Latin editions to date. In the line up stand out Mexican artists such as Natanael Cano and his “lying down corridos”, Ed Maverick , Banda MS and Grupo Firme, which shined in their presentation on the first day.

Through their social networks, the band led by Eduin Caz shared several moments from his arrival by private plane to the festival, the entrances, to the stage with a full house where the attendees are heard singing their songs.
“Thank you all for making all this possible, we love you, family”, Grupo Firme wrote in a story of Instagram. While his vocalist of the group published some images after the concert where he is seen without a shirt: “Yesterday was the first day that encouraged me to sing without a shirt. I am happy with the change in my life. It’s not easy at all, but I’m on a firm path”.
Prior to this presentation, the group from Tijuana announced a fifth date at the Foro Sol in Mexico City , after successful concerts in March that became sold out, the band showed its fame also at international festivals such as Coachella.
Transmission failed?
The followers of Grupo Firme who were unable to attend Coachella were also left with the desire to see the live broadcast on YouTube, since the band did not appear on any of the three available channels, which is why the festival was accused of exclusion. .

Even the American music producer and singer-songwriter Ricky Reed expressed his annoyance: “I join in the anger of all the voices who in chorus talk about Coachella for not broadcasting the Grupo Firme set! Legends”.
But not everything was lost, because as a consolation were the videos on social networks that gave an account of how the presentation of the regional band was experienced at the festival Mexican, where there was a lot of dancing, hats and a good atmosphere, one of the ones that generated the most spiteful songs was precisely one of his greatest hits: “En tu perra vida”.
