Courtney Williams, of 26 years, was arrested on suspicion of having drowned her two young children in the bathtub of her house , California police reported.
The authorities are investigating the alleged homicide committed by the woman, a resident of the town of Linda,
in the county of Yuba.
The events occurred on Thursday morning and it was the father of the minors who called 911 to ask for help.

And that day, the father returned home from work to have lunch with his wife and she allegedly confessed to him that “had hurt her the children”.
The man seeing the tragic scene desperately called the police saying that Courtney Williams, her partner, had assaulted her minors and that she required urgent help.
They found the children floating in the bathtub
When the agents arrived at the scene They found the bodies of an approximately 5-month-old baby and his older brother, barely 2 years old, floating in the bathtub.
The agents made every effort to revive the little ones, but they no longer had vital signs and were declared dead at the scene.

The children were identified as Holden ( 5 months) and Ronin (2 and a half years old), highlighted the police.
“The tragic loss of Holden and Ronin affects our entire department and the community”, assured Wendell Anderson, Yuba County Sheriff.
“At this time, detectives believe that the apparent drowning of the children was intentional,” said the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office, although you do not appreciate the possible motive for the murder.
Indicated that the scene found by the agents is heartbreaking for everyone, since they are innocent and defenseless beings who lost their lives in unfortunate circumstances.
Speechless in the face of tragedy
“There are no words to adequately describe the sadness we feel for the family at this time”, Anderson specified.
The case is still under investigation by the authorities of Juba County, who have not declared anything about the e State of health of Courtney Williams.
At the time of the arrest, the mother of the children was wearing pink pants and no tennis shoes.
“She had no expression, no tears, nothing,” Charlene Smith, the woman’s neighbor, told the KXT station.
