WASHINGTON – The United States stated this Friday that it is not convinced by the explanations given by Russia to deny any involvement in the attack on a train station in eastern Ukraine that caused at least 35 dead.
Pentagon spokesman , John Kirby, said in a press conference that, according to the information available to him, it was a Russian bombardment with a ballistic missile of short range.

According to the Ukrainian authorities, at least 50 people died, including five minors old, in a Russian attack on the Kramatorsk train station in eastern Ukraine, where thousands of people were gathered for their evacuation.
Donetsk Governor Pavlo Kirilenko reported on his Twitter account that the number of wounded admitted to hospitals also rises to 98, many of them seriously.
The Donbas authorities had been urging the civilian population to leave these regions and warning that the Russian troops are preparing a major offensive to gain absolute control of them.
On the other hand, the Russian Ministry of Defense denied in a statement any responsibility for the attack
