One of the most controversial series of recent times is “El Último Rey”, the bioseries based on the life of Vicente Fernández. TelevisaUnivision defended itself against the lawsuit and the first season of “El Último Rey” was broadcast entirely in Mexico. In the United States, Univision will broadcast the series and a new trailer indicates that it will premiere very soon.
The series is based on the book “The Last King” written by the Argentine journalist Olga Wornat.
