Jason D. Schultz of Salem pleaded guilty to charges of voyeurism and possession of child pornography,

after that a judge sentenced him this week to 77 months in prison in the city of Vancouver.

The accused worked as a technician at his brother-in-law’s dialysis company. Last year they visited Peace Health Southwest Medical Center and during their stay, they placed a video camera in a hidden spot in one of the public restrooms.

A nurse noticed the artifact and reported it to the Vancouver Police Department. The authorities began the investigation, first looking at the material contained in the camera, where they discovered images of Jason D. Schultz.

When they reviewed the deleted material, they discovered more than 300 images of the personnel who work in the Hospital with some nudity, as well as photos of child pornography. A Clark County police officer arrested the suspect, during a visit to the same clinic.

After a year, Judge Gregory Gonzales sentenced Jason D. Schultz for two counts of voyeurism in the first degree and two counts of possession of representations of a minor involved in sexually explicit conduct, to serve 6 years in jail from Vancouver to Washington.
