The Akron Police Department received a distress call where they did not specify exactly what the problem was
. The officers went to the address located on Dayton Place, near Dayton Street, in the North Hill neighborhood of the city.
When the police arrived at the scene and entered the house found the lifeless body of Kismet Sengdan of 10 years old, that he had been shot in the head.
Michael Miller, police lieutenant revealed that in a previous investigation, where it was determined that a group of children were playing with a firearm that they did not know was loaded , when a shot was fired that embedded itself on Sengdan’s head.

Miller is in the process of finding out, who owned that gun and if he had authorization of his possession, as someone needs to be responsible for, what the Summit County Coroner called, “a homicide,” reported cleveland.com
“The incident appears to be the result of an involuntary discharge resulting from the misuse of a weapon
of fire by at least one other child”, said the police lieutenant.
Some neighbors who witnessed the fatal accident detailed that before the police arrived, they saw three more children leaving the house.
The firearm used to kill Kismet Sengdan was found inside the building.
Kismet was in the fourth grade in the Community Learning Center, Harris Jackson of North Hill. The school is supporting the Akron Police in the investigations.
