The Puerto Rican baseball player Carlos Correa, from 27 years and who has spent his entire professional career in the Houston Astros, decided to put the house he owns up for sale in the city.
The house, which has belonged to him since 18 August 2017, was launched on the market by $1,552,000 of dollars, so everything seems to indicate that he is more than ready to continue his journey away from ‘Space City’.
According to the portal ‘TMZ Sports’, which was the medium that released the news , the famous Caribbean shortstop used to take pictures with his wife in some of the rooms of the house, the patio being his favorite place for his family memories.
The house, from what we could see in its technical sheet, was built in 2012 and is distributed over two floors.
It has an extension of 3,675 square feet , with three bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
It is completed by a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a main room, a TV room, a minibar, an office, balconies, a garage for two vehicles, among other rooms.
The kitchen is open and somewhat spacious. It is equipped with chocolate and white cabinets, high-end appliances, a pantry, as well as a central island that can be used to prepare food or as a breakfast area for four people.
The main bedroom is extremely spacious. It has space for a large bed and for a separate living room. It also has a fireplace, balcony, dressing room and a spa-style bathroom with double vanity, wc, walk-in shower and bathtub.
Outside, in its lot of 6, 198 square feet, it has a terrace , green areas, swimming pool, jacuzzi, half basketball court, bonfire, among other amenities.
