After the death of Don Vicente Fernández, the controversy has been unleashed after it was revealed that two bioseries of the “Charro de Huentitán” would be released, one with authorization from the family, and another would be an unauthorized biography written by the Argentine Olga Wornat, which has begun to wreak havoc for Televisa, who are in charge of producing this project that would not have the approval of relatives.

According to media such as El Universal and El Heraldo de México, it was announced that a federal judge ordered Televisa to suspend the transmission of the bioseries of the singer Vicente Fernández, which is called “The Last King: The Son of the People”, which is scheduled to premiere this Monday 14 in March.

Televisa has been in charge of giving a great diffusion to this new series, which according to its creators will recount the most important moments in the life of the interpreter known as “The Son of the People”.

The series produced by the San Ángel television station is starring the singer, Pablo Montero; in social networks they have shared photos and videos of his characterization as Vicente Fernández.

Last Friday 11 in March it was announced that Televisa would have to postpone the premiere of the bioseries by Vicente Fernández, considered one of the greatest exponents of the Mexican regional genre in Aztec territory.

Given this, the judge would have also notified the Federal Institute of Telecommunications to prevent the Vicente Fernández series from premiering this Monday 11 March by the Televisa signal.

This measure was imposed after members of the Fernández family accused the television station of breaking relationships and improper use of the brand.

According to the sources consulted by El Universal, all the parties involved in the trial have already been notified of the judge’s order, including Televisa.

For this release of the bioseries, his family also requested various precautionary measures from the Mexican Institute of Intellectual Property (IMPI) to prevent the content is broadcast.

The IMPI ordered Televisa to withdraw from circulation all those products with n those who use or exploit, without authorization, the image of the singer and reserves the right to the stage name Vicente Fernández and El Charro de Huentitán in the series, as well as any adaptation.
