VIDEO: They catch a homeless man eating a cat in the streets of Mexico City

A man, apparently homeless, is wanted by the Mexico City Attorney General’s Office (FGJ), for allegedly stealing , kill and eat domestic animals, such as cats or small dogs.

The subject whose identity is unknown was captured by security cameras, where you can see how he devours a cat while walking quietly through the streets, leaving blood and remains of the animal in his wake.

The video that quickly went viral was shared in social networks by the Animal Protection Association “Mundo Patitas AC” , at the same time, statements from neighbors continue to be added who point out that they have seen him eat other animals such as small dogs that you can extract from the gardens of the houses and even walk through the avenues soaked in blood.

After publication Internet users pointed out “Crazy people, I can’t imagine someone who is capable of doing it, but well, I hope they arrest him for it”.

In the face of this macabre event, the former member of Green Peace, now president of the association, Norma Huerta, said that she went to the address where the cameras are s of security that captured the subject, in order to have as much evidence as possible.

Currently, the law in Mexico City currently contemplates penalties of six months to two years in prison for those who commit acts of animal abuse or cruelty, and four in case of causing death
