Gonzalo Higuaín is one of the most outstanding players in Major League Soccer and David Beckham’s Inter Miami. But apparently he has not been well received by his teammates, and also by his rivals.
One of them is Fabián Herbers, from Chicago Fire, threw the Argentine soccer player after he was asked if he changed shirts with Higuain in the first game of the MLS season 25.
“Fuck this man. This guy is so pathetic. I don’t want anything from him. He obviously has a lot of presence on the pitch, but every time a teammate makes a wrong pass or something like that or doesn’t exactly pass the ball to him, he’s just standing there with a negative face.” of the Illinois team.
Herbers accused Higuaín of being a bad partner and that he is too “arrogant” and even negative with his own team.
“His body language is just terrible. I wouldn’t want to be a teammate of yours. Already in the first game and he is so negative, so destructive, so negative with his own teammates whom he is supposed to try to help”, he continued.
Chicago Fire and Inter Miami turn to face next 10 September at Soldier Field in Chicago, in which it will be a rematch between Herbers and Higuaín after the 0-0 draw in the first match.
“You’re supposed to pick up your teammates, you’re supposed to make them better as a leader. It’s going to be a very long season for Miami if that doesn’t change”, concluded Herbers.
