The Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed a complaint in the Federal Court of the District of Columbia demanding that administer to detained immigrants the booster of anti-COVID vaccines, especially among those with conditions vulnerable to the disease.

“ICE officials have known for months that they should give reinforcement inoculations to detainees, but they have not done so “, he added. “This omission is cruel and unconstitutional.”
