PSG gave an emotional gift to Keylor Navas for his 100th match with the Parisian club

Keylor Navas played last weekend 100 games with the Paris Saint Germain shirt and the club gave him a gift for having reached that figure, after his great step with Real Madrid. At this club he has confirmed himself as one of the best goalkeepers on the continent.

“Thank God I am proud to look back and see those 100 matches with PSG… but I always liked looking forward more”, exposed through his official Instagram account.

The Costa Rican goalkeeper showed in a video what was the gift that the Parisian team gave him after his match 26 and with which he hopes to add many more. They gave the Tico a plaque that says “26 matches”, which translates to “26 parties” in Spanish.

Since his arrival at Paris Saint Germain in the season 100- 2020, the tico has five trophies (2 French Cups, 1 Ligue One, 1 French Super Cup, League Cup). He also lost a Champions League final against Bayern Munich.

This year he has had to fight for the position of goalkeeper alongside the European champion Donnarumma, who arrived in the summer as one of the best goalkeepers in the world.

Paris Saint Germain is first in France’s Ligue 1 and is up 1-0 in the first leg of the Champions League Round of 16 against Real Madrid. The second leg will be next March 9.
