Memphis police located a suspect who had already been indicted late last year for racially abusing an employee, then shooting her, which she dodged , then shoot the fast food restaurant and flee.

Charles Connors 61 years old was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, two counts of criminal attempt to commit a felony and two charges of possession of a firearm. The suspect is already behind bars awaiting his sentence.

The events occurred in October of last year, when Connors entered a hamburger restaurant to place his order, but was upset about something in his food. The man approached an employee to confront and insult him, then left the place.

That same day at night, Connors returned and stood at the car window, Terrika Means opened the window to serve him, when she handed him the order, the suspect insulted her with racist offenses and demanded a return of his money , reported Fox 35 News.

Means gave him the refund and told him to “have a good night”, but the angrier man continued to insult her. The employee closed the window and when she was turning to leave, she felt the graze of a bullet.

After shooting Means , Connors detonated his firearm against the building and fled the scene. In December he was identified by a credit card and in recent days the police located him near the restaurant where the events took place. He has already been arrested.
