African-American beats and kidnaps his partner, Milwaukee police launch emergency alert

The Milwaukee Police Department launched an emergency alert for the possible kidnapping of an African-American woman who was forced to get into a red vehicle.

Residents of the streets of Mill Road and Leon Terrace notified the police of a disturbance, where shouts and insults were heard between a couple.

When the authorities arrived at the scene, the two people were no longer there, but they investigated that an African-American man had beaten a woman and then forced her to get into a car red Mercedes Benz brand with Tennessee license plates, reported Fox 6 News.

Through the security cameras of all the streets, they were able to see the vehicle traveling at high speed. The Milwaukee police ask the public to help identify the suspect and to find the kidnapping victim.

The suspect is an African-American male with braided hair and dreadlocks. The victim is an African-American woman. Authorities hope to find the woman before any fatal accident.

According to statistics from the Milwaukee Police Department, crime rates have increased in the city since 2019, when the highest percentage of homicides was recorded. From that date until today crime numbers have grown by 93 percent.
