One of the main candidates in the Republican primaries for governor of Oregon admitted that he and his wife they had adopted a swinger lifestyle before deciding that the exchange was not them, according to a report.
Stan Pulliam, of 40 years, told the Willamette Week newspaper that he and his wife for 12 years, MacKensey, had “explored mutual relationships with other couples, for a short period of time, before finally deciding that it was not for us”.
Pulliam , the mayor of his hometown of Sandy, confessed this situation to the media, after a screenshot of 2015 of a page titled “Swinger Facebook Group PDX” toured the political circles of the state.
“Hi all! MacKensey and I are excited to be added to your little community. We have already had the pleasure of meeting some of you and look forward to meeting the rest!” he wrote in the group, which included 536 members at the time, Willamette Week reported Thursday.
In an interview last week with the newspaper, Pulliam refused to reveal when the “mutual relations” began or ended, but said the couple participated long before he started running for the highest office in the state.
“There are different stages of marriage and different ebbs and flows. This is something that was for a brief period in our past and is in the past,” he told Willamette Week.
A strong supporter of former President Donald Trump who also questions the election results 2020 presidential elections, Pulliam said in a February 1 tweet: “I am the ONLY candidate who has the courage to say what is to say about the integrity of our elections.
“If you want a REAL conservative as your next governor, then we need your help!” he added.
Pulliam told the newspaper that his past sexual activity is consistent with his campaign values.
“In Oregon, we really hold the values of individuality and freedom,” Pulliam said. .
“The decisions we made were made by MacKensey and I in the privacy of our own homes. We are certainly not asking anyone to participate, practice or do any of the things that we have decided to do in the past,” he said. “But we certainly are not ashamed of the decisions we have made in the past either, as they have made us stronger,” the candidate added.
