VIDEO: Homeless man attacks a woman on the streets of Seattle with a bat and causes a skull fracture

A homeless man with a violent criminal record was charged with first-degree assault after attacking Emma Shengnan Wang with a baseball bat , leaving her bleeding from a fractured skull through the streets of Seattle.

A Surveillance video recorded the exact moment when Wang fell unconscious to the ground after receiving the violent impact, while the aggressor fled without remorse.

Several witnesses came to help Wang, who wasbleeding from her ear and was taken to a hospital once the paramedics arrived. paramedics.

According to authorities, Wang is an engineer at Amazon Web Services and lives in Seattle. He is now recovering and will have to undergo surgery.

Meanwhile, local authorities arrested the suspect moments later, who was and identified as Wantez Tulloss, aged 11, who is is homeless and has been arrested a total of 11 times.

According to the Daily Mail, Tulloss is a homeless man who lives in a shelter and has a criminal record of family violence and robbery .

Thanks to the recordings, the authorities searched the Al Humphrey House shelter where Wantez stayed and they found the clothes he was wearing the day of the assault and the black bag he was wearing when he hit the woman with a bat.

The attack is believed to have been random as police have not yet been able to determine if there was a motive.

The victim was questioned and explained that he could not be sure that Wantez had attacked her, when they hit her they did it from behind and she couldn’t see who did it.
