A video was leaked on social networks, in which a group of assassins from the Jalisco New Generation Cartel appears (CJNG), who accused an organization called los Cabrera de Durango, armed wing of the Sinaloa Cartel (CDS), if it is an ally of the Cartel del Noreste (CDN) in Zacatecas, a state in which they would have been responsible for two massacres.

“People of Zacatecas don’t be fooled, we are the CJNG and we are not deceiving to nobody. The fucking Durangos aren’t even from Sinaloa, they don’t even have their own flag, now they hang out with the Northeast Cartel. All the dead that have been left hanging in Fresnillo and Pánfilo Natera are pure innocent people, none of them are our people”, they said in the video of the 10 gunmen of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel.
Macabre findings
So far 2022 the killings that are settling scores between the cartels have increased of drug trafficking. On January 6, a truck with 10 corpses was left outside the Palace of the Government of Zacatecas; According to the authorities, the driver of the vehicle was linked to the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. On January 25 another macabre discovery was made: two human heads with a drug message, also of the CJNG against rival organizations.
Why is there so much violence in Zacatecas?
The Mexican authorities pointed out that Zacatecas is a key point because it borders nine states that are used as the main routes for drug trafficking and compulsory passage for Central American migrants who intend to cross illegally into the United States. For this reason, homicides increased 100% in the last six years.
