The actress Sandra Bullock, of 57 years, recently got rid of the luxurious apartment he owns in Los Angeles, California , after receiving the amount of $4.4 million dollars.
The property, which was launched on the market just two months ago, was sold for only $ 76,02 dollars below the figure originally intended by the Hollywood star.
So far the identity of the new owner of the luxurious property in the clouds is unknown, but it would not be surprising if that information came to light in a few weeks.
The apartment, for which Bullock shelled out $3.6 million dollars in 1965, is located inside the Sierra Towers, an emblematic skyscraper built in the year of 1965.
According to the technical sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, has an extension of 1,759 square feet, with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
It also has a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a main room, a terrace, of garage for two vehicles, among other rooms.
In the common areas it has a fitness center, sauna, swimming pool, as well as valet parking, doorman and concierge service 24 hours of the day.
In addition to that apartment, the protagonist of ‘Gravity’ had one more in that same tower, which he acquired, at 2017, after paying $5.1 million dollars, but sold it last January for $3.6 million, posting a painful loss of $1.5 million dollars.
