A woman, a fan of Kate del Castillo, she wanted to look like her, so she decided to celebrate her birthday with a party inspired by “The Queen of the South”, a telenovela about the world of drug trafficking. Everything seemed to be going well, only some of the guests were too convincing with their costumes and six of them were arrested by the Bolivian police.

In a video that circulates on social networks, three women appear, with sexy clothes, arriving at the party accompanied by men dressed in black, with bulletproof vests and toy machine guns. The foregoing confused the neighbors, who worried called the police who broke into the party and took several guests away.
Given the uproar that caused the celebration, the Santa Cruz Police Chief, Erick Holguín, was forced to offer a press conference. He explained that the alleged seized weapons are replicas used for airsoft , a recreational practice of military strategy.
“It was a woman’s birthday party where the theme was to leave disguised as drug bosses and the armed people were the bodyguards (…) These weapons must be acquired legally. They should have an import policy or in any case purchased from an authorized armory”.
