The Fayette County police in the State of Georgia were alerted in the first days of this year to search a house in the Georges Township. The authorities arrived at the residence, which was completely dirty, with many insects and garbage scattered everywhere.
Inside the house was lying on the floor a little girl under 2 years old, suffering from hypothermia and without a pulse , the agents urgently transferred her to the hospital to treat her.
The medical report revealed that the minor was underweight and very poor health. Father Keith Kalbaugh was charged with child neglect
Kalbaugh already went to his first hearing where he is charged with aggravated assault and child neglect, all that remains is to wait that a judge dictates his sentence.
