A month later they file charges against the man who shot in the parking lot of a department store

Despite the fact that the events occurred last December, when a man shot at a group of people outside the Walmart, located near Fox Chapel in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, the authorities revealed that they filed charges against said subject.

The Pittsburgh news program, Action News 4, revealed that the authorities pointed to John Hayden, a young man from 21 years, as the person responsible for the shooting and is accused of aggravated assault, as well as put the well-being of two minors at risk.

It all happened when Hayden Accompanied by a woman and two children, they were in the department store and a group of people approached them causing a verbal argument

The young man from 21 years, together with their companions left the store and got into their car to go to the main door of the place with the aim of attacking with a firearm the people with whom he had argued.

During the entire shooting, in which the two children were inside the car he was driving, he also hit another on several occasions.

Although no one was injured in the accident, John Hayden will have to answer for the events mentioned above and wait for his sentence.
