The long-awaited television return of Paris Hilton, with a cooking show for the giant Netflix, has not reaped the expected success and has already been canceled after the broadcast of its first season. Although fans of the socialite were looking forward to seeing her clad in striking outfits while preparing various gastronomic delights with guests such as Demi Lovato, Saweetie, Lele Pons, Nikki Glasser and her friend Kim Kardashian -also her most outstanding student as far as reality shows refers-, the rest of the subscribers of the service do not seem to have responded with the same enthusiasm to the call.
The first six episodes -which have become the last- of “Cooking with Paris” premiered on the platform of streaming last August, and not even the Christmas season or the Starring appearance by Paris’ mother and sister -Kathy and Nicky Hilton– managed to increase the audience significantly in such a propitious period.
But nevertheless, the rich heiress will be able to console herself with the latest successes she has achieved as a DJ, thanks among other reasons to the good sense of smell that the businesswoman when making the most popular trends of the moment her own. Paris revealed a few days ago that, at the end of last year, he starred in an original music session in the virtual environment of Roblox, an application for game development that has become an ecosystem in itself.
“For me, the metaverse offers the opportunity to do everything you could do in real life, but in the digital world,” Paris assured at the time, after revealing that he had also managed to build his own island in Roblox: something not unlike what he could have achieved on the earthly plane thanks to his heritage.
