A group of masons took social networks by storm with a parody of the Avengers in Mexico. Creating their own version with characters like “CemenThor”, “Ojo de gallo”, “Mezclarine” or “Cement Captain”.
Actually , It was the promotion of a construction company that surprised people on social networks with a very witty sketch, which quickly became a phenomenon, under the title of “Los Vengañiles”.
The video begins with the melody that accompanies the official Marvel tape, where the workers try to emulate the iconic Captain America, Wolverine, Thor, Deadpool and Hawkeye, but carrying tools used in construction.
Thor is a man who carries an empty bag of cement as armor and a work hammer to emulate the god of thunder.
Captain America, meanwhile, is a worker who uses a shield made from the lid of a paint bucket. Hawkeye poses with a homemade bow and arrow made of hoses.
Meanwhile, Wolverine uses iron rods to simulate Logan’s claws made of adamantium ; while Deadpool takes out two metal bars to simulate the characteristic sabers.
The publication already exceeds 5,400,000 of Tiktok views, with more than 350,000 likes and 5,600 comments, where users called the swallowers as “Loza Vengers” or “Los vengalbañiles”.
However , despite the great success, some users criticized the images, assuring that they are wasting their time pretending to be superheroes when they could be working. Some have even assured that “this is the reason why the work was not finished on time”.
In response, the architect María José Covarrubias, responsible for the video and for the work where the masons work, came to their defense, assuring that “recording these images does not take more than 5 minutes, so it does not delay in no way the work”.
