In the virtual hearing of more than four hours held before the Federal Court of Australia, which was broadcast live on YouTube, the tennis player’s appeal was analyzed against the decision last Friday by the Australian Minister of Immigration, Alex Hawke, to cancel the visa of the number one in the world for the second time .
Djokovic traveled to Melbourne on January 5 with a medical exemption that allowed him to play in the Australian Open without being vaccinated, but he did not take into consideration the position of the authorities of that country .
