The musical genius J Balvin will star in and lead a new documentary series where will interview celebrities from around the world seeking to explore how they deal with mental health issues.
Through a press release it is as it has been announced that the docuseries consists of 6 parts, it is produced by Exile Content Studio in collaboration with NBC News Studio. It is expected to be ready by the end of this 2022 and will air on Peacock.
Beforehand, Colombian fans know that he personally has always shown himself seeking to talk about mental health issues, due to situations he has experienced in his personal life, but now he has the opportunity to raise to another level being able to approach the subject with total frankness as it has always done.
“I have always spoken about my own struggles with mental health issues, and so I am honored that they have given me a platform to continue having sincere conversations with other people who are in my situation”, expressed the rapper.
“Mental health is very important to me and I know it is something many of us have struggled with. I hope to be able to generate content that helps people who face mental health problems to know that they are not alone and that there are many healthy ways to approach this issue”, he concluded.
The series is produced and directed by Ryan Duffy, who recently worked with the series of Netflix Untold. In each episode there will be a new guest who will have a frank and at the same time intimate conversation with Balvin and who, in short, will show which are the rituals that give him security on a personal level.
