In the midst of the international context, where the UN singled out Nicaragua for alleged human rights violations, journalist Omar Cepeda Castro decided to address the issue with an expert, however, his guest turned out to be an impostor, who, in the middle of the live broadcast, launched several mother talks.
Through the platform of Financiero TV in Mexico, Cepeda Castro opened the microphones to the guest expert, who was supposedly Michael W. Chamberlin, a member of the Mexican Institute for Human Rights and Democracy, with the aim of speaking about Nicaragua.
The phone call began with courtesy, with greetings and good wishes for the new year. The question immediately came to know the opinion on the inauguration of Daniel Ortega in Nicaragua.
However, things got out of control when, when giving the floor to the guest, he said that Nicaragua was in bad shape and its government was worse off.
“It is falling, it’s deplorable and he’s going to screw his mother just like you and everyone at El Financiero. Fuck your mother, everyone,” he said.
In the end, the driver Cepeda Castro remained silent and had no choice but to send a commercial court .
After the event, the Mexican Institute for Human Rights and Democracy clarified in a statement that it was an “unknown person” who pretended to be the teacher Michael Chamberlin.
“As unfortunately we have been able to appreciate, such a person insulted the journalist, the media and therefore the public that follows him”.
The organization and the newscast are working to identify how the communication failure occurred and to clarify the facts.
Despite this, the moment did not go unnoticed on social networks, where several users made fun of the incident, while others took the opportunity to recall the remarks made to El Financiero, about the fact that it is a media outlet linked to previous governments.
