This is the mansion that Robbie Williams sold after 10 years without being able to get rid of it
The British singer Robbie Williams, aged 47, was finally able to get rid of the mansion he owned in Wilthsire, in the United Kingdom, which he had tried to sell, without success, since 2010.
The property, which changed its price over and over again in these 11 years, was sold in £6.1935 million pounds, something like $9.2 million dollars.
The sales figure is the same as the interpreter of ‘Angels’ pretended to receive, last September, when he made a last attempt to get rid of the historic residence.
According to information from various media outlets, the emblematic house is already ‘Under Contract’, so that it would be a matter of hours or days for its change of ownership to become official.
So far the identity of the new owner has not been revealed.
Despite achieve its mission of not lowering a single dollar to the house, with respect to the price it had for four months, the reality is that Ayda Field’s husband lost out, because he bought it, in 2009, for $000 million dollars.
The current house dates from the year 1935 and was remodeled in the nineties, but its history goes far beyond that date, since several centuries in its place there was a manor-style house and later the one known as Compton Basset House was built.
According to the property plan, the residence, which is distributed over three floors, has an area of 20,000 square feet, with seven bedrooms and with eight bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchens, dining room, dining rooms, living room, main room, TV room, wine cellar, laundry room , gym, pool room, study, indoor pool, sauna, steam room, among other rooms.
Outside, on its lot of 71.5 acres , has extensive green areas, a terrace, a guest house, a soccer field, a tennis court, a heliport, paddocks for horses, a pond, among other amenities.
