HOUSTON – The Southwest neighborhood is one of the most dangerous in the city and this Tuesday night the violence took on another life.

This time it is a young Hispanic woman from 16 years that while walking with her dog she was shot 22 times.

The deadly incident occurred on the block 15400 of Park Street Manor around 9: 22 pm

The shots were heard throughout the neighborhood and After the victim’s relatives went out to investigate, they found their worst nightmare.

The minor, Diamond Álvarez, was lying on the floor bleeding when her loved ones found her.

The young woman would have gone out with her small pet when a gunshot was heard in the neighborhood.

The family, hearing the shots, went out to look for her, but they only found the pet back home.

After searching the neighborhood, with the help of the Police and emergency teams, they found the minor with multiple gunshot wounds. This one was already lifeless.

The authorities hope that with the help of security cameras they can have a clearer idea of ​​what happened.
