HOUSTON – An argument between son and stepfather escalated to a violent level Thursday night in the northwest of the city.
The altercation ended with the young man from 17 years pulling out a gun to shoot the man from 42 years.
A special jury will determine the fate of the teenager who shot his stepfather to death .
Information about the incident was given by Harris County Sheriff Ed González, who noted that the shooting occurred inside a residence located on the block 5900 Sattler Park.
According to the first investigations, the mortal victim is Ismael Ramos from 42 years, who would have started having an argument with her stepson.
The young man was allegedly claiming his stepfather for having fired a pistol into the air in the home area, according to González.
Due to the circumstances in which the incident occurred, the case will be presented before a special jury, which will determine if there was probable cause to charge him charges the teenager.
