American actor James Franco broke the silence about the accusations against him for harassment and sexual abuse and acknowledged his addiction to sex , also admitted that he slept with the students of his acting school, which directed.
The Hollywood actor made the revelations during his participation in the podcast The Jess Cagle of SiriusXM , where he admitted that it was wrong to have relationships with the students of his Studio 4 school, but he rejected that this was the purpose of creating his Studio 4 academy.

He said that at the time he believed that having sex with some of the students was fine , since they had been consensual.

And the fact is that five women denounced Franco for sexual harassment and abuse, four of whom were students at his theater academy.

James Franco opened his Studio 4 school in 2014, in Los Angeles, California, but closed at 2017, after the complaints against him.
Franco was honest about the silence he kept all this time in which he sparked controversy over the accusations of harassment and sexual abuse against him.
“ I didn’t want to hurt anyone (…) In 2018, there were some complaints about me and at that point I thought I had to keep quiet. I had to pause. It didn’t seem like the right time to say anything. There were people who were upset with me and needed to listen, “said the actor who has a long history in Hollywood.
During the interview with Jess Cagle, James Franco admitted that he struggled with his addiction to sex, which he developed after overcoming the alcoholism he suffered for years.
“It’s such a powerful drug… I was hooked on it during 20 More years. The insidious part is that I stayed sober on alcohol all that time, ”said James Franco.
