After being hospitalized for three days, Tornado FC goalkeeper Taufit Ramsyah died after suffering a skull fracture when colliding with a rival footballer in a match of the Indonesian Football League 3.
The event occurred when the minute 40 of the first half, in the match between Tornado FC and Wahana FC. The guard threw himself at the feet of the striker in order to catch the ball and that was when he received the strong blow to the head.

The impact left him unconscious, and he was immediately transferred to a nearby hospital, where he received medical care. However, passed away due to the concussion.
The local newspaper Kompas, assured that the cause of death was a severe head injury . Both the league and both soccer teams expressed their condolences on the death of the goalkeeper.
