Kia Carens: the fourth generation makes its debut

Finally Kia revealed the new look of the Carens, a former minivan that now becomes a seven-seater SUV.

The Kia Carens or also called Rondo (in several markets) has presented its new look with an SUV and modern packaging design.

Beyond the change of its body, its seven places remain. Now incorporating the current design “Oposites United” with a bold style thanks to its slim headlamps and the floating roof.

On the sides of the Kia Carens we notice some wheel arches marked in black, a more specific clearance and in the rear area it is dynamic due to the style of the bumper, the tailgate and the headlights.

It is presented in a length of 4. 540 millimeters, 1. 800 mm wide and 1 . 700 mm high. The wheelbase is approx. 2. 780 mm. In turn, it shares a platform with another SUV of the brand, the Seltos.

Inside the Kia Carens is shown very modern with a panel that extends towards the door handles.

In the center is the multifunction display of 10, 25 inches and behind the wheel the digital instrument panel.

Under the hood can offer a propellant 1.5 liters diesel or two gasoline , 1.4L turbocharged and a 1.5L naturally aspirated.

These can be associated with a six-speed manual transmission or six or seven-position automatic, depending on the case
