To save his dog, Leonardo DiCaprio did not hesitate to jump into a frozen lake
Did we still need more reasons to adore Leonardo DiCaprio ? Jennifer Lawrence just gave us yet another by revealing that his co-star in the film “Don’t look up” jumped into a frozen lake without thinking twice to save his dog.
The famous actor has two huskies rescued from a refuge that is “true tornadoes” and that “rejoices in chaos”, as all who have worked with it can attest. The animals completely destroyed the sofa in the house where its owner was staying during filming with his good friend Jonah Hill -with whom he shares the limelight in the film- and they gave him the scare of his life when one of the two decided to take a very refreshing bath. “Basically, they fell into a frozen lake,” revealed Hill in the panel “Around the table” organized by the portal EW . “As soon as he took the dog that had fallen into the water, the other one jumped inside,” added Jennifer, unable to contain her laughter.
The famous actor acknowledged that, growing up in California, did not have much experience dealing with freezing temperatures , but that didn’t stop him from jumping into the water to save his drowning pet, and as soon as he made sure his dogs were safe, he undressed in inside your car to avoid hypothermia.
