Four twin boys, ages 3 and 4, died in a fire after staying home alone

Four twin boys aged just three and four died in a fire, after staying home alone , one week before Christmas.

Kyson and Bryson, four, and Leyton and Logan, three, were killed when a house caught fire in Sutton, at South London , before 7 p.m.

One 27 woman has been arrested on suspicion of child neglect.

Despite the fire, firefighters rushed inside and rescued the little ones, before resuscitating them cardiopulmonary on the street until paramedics arrived.

Tragically, the four children were pronounced dead when they were taken to hospital.

Speaking on the spot for The Sun, Deputy Fire Chief Richard Mills said jo: “Upon our arrival, there were only the four children we rescued.”

His devastated mother, Deveca Rose, was allegedly unconscious, when the fire devastated the entire ground floor.

A neighbor claimed that Deveca lived alone with her children and worked as a caregiver.

The children’s grandfather, Jason Hoath, shared a heartbreaking tribute to his grandchildren.

“I am devastated to say that the horrendous house fire that took place in Sutton last night that caused four children to lose their lives were my wonderful, intelligent and beautiful grandchildren,” he wrote on Facebook.

“Kyson and Bryson, four, and Leyton and Logan, three, left too soon; they will always be in our hearts and thoughts. ”

A neighbor said,“ Everyone has been very understanding ”. We used to see the mother who is in her twenties in the morning.

“The boys went to the same school as mine, which is elementary school. Westbourne.

“The children seemed very happy. The boys looked really sweet and nothing seemed out of place.

“I didn’t know them personally. I only saw his mother in the morning.

“Everyone on this road knew them and the boys were really cute.”

Speaking to Reporters outside the home today, Deputy Fire Chief Mills added: “First of all, I would like to acknowledge the terrible tragedy that took place last night and our thoughts remain with family, friends and the community of the sad loss of life. of four small children.

“Last night, shortly before 7 pm, fire crews came to the scene with eight trucks of firefighters and 60 firefighters.

“ We quickly entered the building with artificial respiration equipment and rescued four children from the building.

“We immediately perform CPR resuscitation at the scene.

” The children were taken to a local hospital. And sadly, those four children died that same night.

“The cause of the fire is currently unknown and we have fire investigation teams in the scene together with the Metropolitan Police to determine the cause of the fire. ”

The fire lasted from 6 o’clock. 55 pm until 8. 35 pm, with 60 crew members called to fight the flames.

Apparently, the PVC covered entrance door caught fire , possibly due to the Christmas lights, and then burst into flames.

A Scotland Yard spokesperson said: reports of a house fire in Sutton.

“A woman of 27 has been arrested on suspicion of child neglect and remains in police custody al.
