What will happen to the Los Tres Potrillos ranch after the death of Vicente Fernández?

After the death of certain celebrities, it is frequent that strong lawsuits and differences are unleashed between widowers, children and even between unacknowledged children, who seek to become, without a will in between, with part of the deceased’s assets.

Contrary to what happened with the relatives of Juan Gabriel, Joan Sebastian and José José , everything seems to indicate that the distribution of assets among the children of the great Vicente Fernández will not have major setbacks, since he made it very clear what corresponded to each of them.

According to Gerardo, one of the sons of ‘Charro de Huentitán ‘, the famous ranch ‘Los Tres Potrillos ‘ will continue to function as it has up to now, so its doors will continue to be open for those who decide to visit it and, incidentally, visit the tomb where the remains of the idol of multitudes .

“The ranch is everyone’s home. to the people who want to keep coming to know, that’s why my dad will stay here, for those who want to come visit my dad. Here is the house of all the people ”, shared Gerardo in a meeting with various media.

After the death of Don Vicente, the ranch will continue to be inhabited by Doña Cuquita , but when she is no longer present, she will pass into the hands of her children Alejandro, Vicente and Gerardo .

From According to the Mexican program ‘Sale el Sol’, Alejandra, the adoptive daughter of Vicente and Doña Cuquita, will not receive any piece of the immense lot where the ranch is located, since she was already inherited in life in order to avoid problems between the heirs.

“Apparently there will be no lawsuit with the inheritance, apparently everything is transparent. He donated everything to Alejandra in life so that there would be no problems. To Alejandra, in life he said: ‘this is for you, take this’ and that is why he named ranch ‘Los Tres Potrillos’ because everything will be divided by three when Doña Cuquita is absent “, shared the journalist Ana María Alvarado.

The ranch, whose arena hosted the tribute to his memory, it was built by Vicente, in 1980, in a lot of 1, 235 acres. It is located in Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, in the state of Jalisco.
