After a long but very emotional funeral procession, the remains of Don Vicente Fernández already rest in peace in the site that “Charro de Huentitán” himself designated to be his last resting place.
The designated site was the central garden of his ranch called “Los Tres Potrillos”, where his remains were buried after he lived a marathon tribute at the VFG Arena, which was open to the public for many hours.
After this moment in which his audience was able to fire him , Don Vicente He had a private ceremony where his remains were buried in a very intimate moment with his family, where his children, family and very close friends came together to say goodbye to the so-called “Last King”.

This tomb has the equestrian sculpture of the singer with his faithful horse , which was made by the famous sculptor, Sergio Garval.
Garval had met months before with the actor from “El Sinvergüenza” to finalize the details of his famous sculpture, as he wanted it to be exactly to his liking, as he revealed it at the time TV Azteca program, “Ventaneando”. The sculptor explained that the interpreter of ‘Volver, Volver’ wanted a statue to accompany him when he died.
