'Exatlón United States' returns to Telemundo and they confirm the premiere date

The new year comes with a new season of “ Exatlón United States ” to Telemundo. It will be on Tuesday, 11 January at 7 pm/6c when extreme competition opens with new, more exciting athletes challenges, impressive circuits and night obstacles.

The physical and mental abilities of a new generation of heroes that will be part of the Famous Team (Red Team) and the Contending Team (Blue Team) will be put to the test again. As they give their all in their quest for victory, viewers will learn of their personal stories, sacrifices, and determination.

The prime time program for the whole family will feature the return of Frederik Oldenburg as host and Marisela “Chelly” Cantú as sportscaster, who will be in charge of bringing all the excitement in each two-hour episode.

Frederik Oldenburg, who joined as host of Exatlón United States in the past fifth season, has distinguished himself by his successful participation in numerous Telemundo programs. This passionate about sports and soccer player has collaborated in sports programs of the network, including the FIFA World Cup in Russia, Rio Olympic Games 2016, Super Bowl, Copa América, Confederations Cup, English Premier League and The Open Championship, among others.

Winner of the first season of Exatlón United States, Marisela “Chelly” Cantú She is one of the most recognized faces of reality since she made history by becoming the first woman to win the sports competition worldwide. The former Olympic gymnast who represented her native Mexico in the Olympics of 2008 in Beijing joined as a sports commentator for Exatlón United States to offer her the audience in-depth interviews with the participants of the sports competition.
