What is known so far about the murder of Argentine designer Argentina Pan in Miami Beach

There are still many unknowns to be solved in the crime perpetrated by a Latino man living in Miami Beach who stabbed his coworker to death for refusing a romantic date.

The man, identified as Agustín Lucas Mariani, from 20 years, he will now face second-degree murder charges for the fatal stabbing of Delfina Pan, an Argentine designer from 28 years.

According to the Miami Beach police report, a neighbor and a friend of Pan said that on Monday night the young woman “arrived at the victim’s apartment uninvited and waited for Pan to arrive.”

When the woman reached her address, Mariani asked to speak with her d I entered her apartment but she refused. That caused the defendant to end up causing this deadly crime in South Florida with a knife.

Both were urgently transferred to Jackson Memorial Hospital and it was there that the woman was pronounced dead and Mariani charged with second degree murder while recovering from her injuries.

Apparently, the police discovered that Pan left work early on Monday, as did Mariani , who was scheduled to work a double shift that day, but left work in the middle of his shift shortly after Pan.

Mariani refused to testify invoking her right to remain silent . Friends of Pan, who had moved to the United States two years ago, told her that she wanted to become a fashion designer and lived with a childhood friend. According to his LinkedIn page, Pan graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2016 and later she worked as a graphic designer in her home country.
