A photo changed life for Rosemond Brown of 32 year old, a famous Ghanaian actress better known as Akuapem Poloo, who will go to prison due to the publication on social networks of an image in which she is naked with her son.

In her publication, the mother congratulated her little one on his seventh birthday, however, the photo upset Ghana officials and was charged with domestic violence and posting obscene material , according to the New York Post .

Before the accusation, Akuapem Poloo rejected that it was an act of violence or an attempted aggression, however, the judge Christiana Cann compared the photo to child abuse , and expressed that “the court is bothered by the publication of nude photos on social networks” .

Despite his attempted appeal, Superior Court Judge Ruby Aryeetey upheld Cann’s judgment and ruled that it was not excessive: “This court will not interfere and therefore the appeal is dismissed.”
