The sanctions that could face a couple who took their minor son to the assault on the Capitol

Prosecutors recommended that the woman, that in September he pleaded guilty of demonstrating in a Capitol building (a misdemeanor that carries a maximum penalty of six months in prison) spent three months behind bars.
Meanwhile, Christopher Spencer has pleaded not guilty .
A memo from the prosecutors indicates that “the participation (of the woman) in an insurrection that managed to stop the legislative certification combined with the fact that the accused made her minor child participate, make a jail sentence necessary and appropriate in this case. ”
Jenny, prosecutors have said, saw police throw stun grenades and tear gas at the crowd as they entered the Capitol.
