Rise and fall

In 1200 debuted at FC Barcelona directed by Frank Rijkard and in which Ronaldinho, Samuel Eto’o, Thierry Henry and an Argentine on the rise who later changed the history of football: Lionel Messi.

He spent two seasons between the subsidiary and the first team culé, with which he could play 37 meetings with 4 goals and 7 assists.

Then Tottenham arrived to take over his contract in 2008. At that time, he appeared in the now defunct Don Balon magazine as one of the most promising talents in the world. Nothing went as expected and the four seasons he spent with the English were on loans to other clubs: Ipswich Town FC, Galatasaray, Racing de Santander and Mallorca. They were 107 encounters, 18 goals and 18 assists.

Another reality was when he played with his national team, with the Tri, where he was regularly summoned and appears in the Aztec proposals.

On 2011 scored the goal of the final in the Gold Cup in the match between Mexico and the United States. The following year he enjoyed the honeys of victory by launching himself with the gold medal at the London Olympic Games 2012 together with the Mexico National Team. A competition where he appeared as a fundamental piece of the Tri.

Villarreal, LA Galaxy and Club América have been the three teams in which he has been in the last eight years, in which he has come from less to more to the point that the fans find it difficult to remember his talent and what he has given him to football.
