Biden Administration Blacklisted 27 Businesses for Anti-National Security Activities

The Biden Administration included on Wednesday in the blacklist of entities that require special permissions from the United States ( Entity List ) to others 27 companies and individuals from China, Japan, Pakistan and Singapore, citing interests of national security and foreign policy .

The Bureau of Industry and Security of the Department Commerce added organizations to its list of entities, which require a license for the export or transfer of some items, in response to unethical or security-threatening behavior United States national.

The blacklisted companies include eight technology entities to which are prevented from using US technologies to support certain Chinese military applications , such as actions to circumvent radar and sonars and to circumvent submarines, and the ability to break encryption or develop unbreakable encryption.

The Commerce Department said that in addition to blacklists, it added an organization in Russia , the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, to the list of military end users due to its military products.
