The man from 30 years, who is injured by the accident, explained that the past 26 of October, he was leaving his work when he was hit by Cesar D’Alessio’s girlfriend, who was driving the speed access car under the influence of alcohol and drugs , according to the victim’s statement, as he assured that he behaved strangely, like the singer’s son.

According to the victim’s testimony, while they were being evaluated in the hospital, Cesar D’Alessio intimidated and threatened his relatives who were outside the clinic.

“César was outside waiting for his girlfriend and threatened my family, who were also outside; He told them that we were starving and that they were not going to pay us anything, that if I raised a charge we would regret it, that he did not know who I was messing with ”, Josué told the magazine.

Josué reported that after the couple fled he did not they have paid none of the damages.
