Moving: James Rodríguez dedicated an emotional farewell message to his late grandmother

The Colombian footballer James Rodríguez said goodbye this Sunday with an emotional message from her grandmother , Rosa Myriam Gómez, who died this Saturday in the city of Ibague Tolima.

Your love will last forever, I will miss you every day of my life. I love you ”, Qatari midfielder Al Rayyan published on his Instagram and Twitter accounts, in a message accompanied by a photo where they appear together and smiling balloons in the background.

Gómez died this Saturday , according to the Federation of Colombian Soccer (FCF) in a statement, in which it did not give details of the causes.

“From our institution we send a message of support and condolences to their families and especially to the player of the Colombian National Team,” said the FCF.

The 30 player is currently in Colombia , after having been summoned for the next matches of the National Team, with which it is understood that he will play on Tuesday in Barranquilla co ntra Paraguay, if there is no setback.

“We wholeheartedly hope that you will have the strength to face this difficult time,” added the FCF. The AS Monaco , team where James played for several years, also added to the condolences and dedicated a message of condolence to the footballer.
