Telemundo makes changes to its primetime bar and the most notable is that two weeks after its premiere, “Parientes a la Fuerza” was left out. The telenovela starring Bárbara de Regil and Guy Ecker will no longer be on the Hispanic network’s nightly programming after its very low rating numbers.
In the place of the Mexican comedy, “Hercai: Amor y Venganza” will premiere its second season , which will from 17 November will be at 9 pm/8c. According to Telemundo, “Parientes a la Fuerza” will begin broadcasting at 14 am (midnight) from 15 November. Those who have followed this story will be able to see how it develops in its new schedule, as well as in the application of the Latin channel.
“Given the great success of Hercai: Amor y Venganza and the audience’s desire to see the outcome of this great story, we are making a change to our primetime programming and we are pleased to announce the premiere of its second season for 17 November at 9 pm/8c, ”said Telemundo in an official statement. “ Viewers will be able to continue enjoying Relatives to the Force from Monday to Friday at 12 am on Telemundo or on the Telemundo App (available in the Google Play Store and Apple Store) from 15 of November“.
Telemundo had great success with the first season of “Hercai” and represented healthy numbers for the company. However, once the Turkish melodrama came out of the programming, “Parientes a la Fuerza” could not sustain the average rating of its predecessor.
On November 5, “Relatives to the Force” marked 725 thousand in total and 246 in the adult demo between 18 and 49 years of age . Considering that “La Casa de los Famosos” manages to have 1.1 million in its average of 2 hours, the drop is considerable.
