In St. Louis County, Reed is charged with two counts of murder, one count of assault in the first degree, and three counts of armed criminal act , according to the Office of the St. Louis County Attorney
Reed was charged with additional charges of murder in the city of St. Louis, stemming from three separate incidents in mid-September. He was charged with two counts of murder in the first degree, three counts of armed criminal action and assault in the first degree or attempted to cause serious physical injury.
Until now, Reed has been federally charged with interstate transportation of a firearm with intent to commit a felony, according to the criminal complaint.
Reed has not been charged in connection with the crimes detailed in the FBI complaint that occurred in Kansas City , Kansas.
